Executive DORMER BUNGALOW

Stunning 4 bedroom dormer bungalow set on the outskirts of the market town of Louth in Lincolnshire with its cedar cladding, dark grey windows and modern open plan interior. the client was keen to see if this new way of living would suit her needs. Our service was key to the material choices on this design and some changes were made as a result of our imagery.

EXECUTIVE 6 BEDROOM HOUSE WITH POOL

This exceptional proposed 6 bedroom family home is set to start build in spring 2020. Our clients approached us to help visualise the rear of the property. they were unsure how to orientate the pool and how it would fit in context to their patio and garden. within a couple of hours we had the results the clients were searching for with this stunning sunken patio area and pool reaching out into the garden.

3 BEDROOM DORMER BUNGLOWS

These properties were a joint venture for two self builders who utilised a small set of plots on the north side of the town of Louth in Lincolnshire. Capitalising on the opportunity to go 2 story over the neighbouring single story bungalows these two properties comprise of 3 bedrooms with dressing room and family bathroom on the 1st floor.
