Q. Can I use my images for my builder to build my property?

A. No! We wouldn’t recommend a builder using our product for any type of structural reference. We would however encourage you to share with trades to show your aesthetic vision.

Q. What would you need to be able to build a model of my design?

A. We would need a set of plans including all floor plans and elevations. You can provide this either as a hard copy or in a CAD file. Your architect should be more than accommodating with this request and can even forward these assets to us directly, referencing the client name.

Q. Are you flexible on your price packages?

A. Yes, to a point! We want to ensure our clients get the absolute best service and product for their needs, so we are happy to discuss this at the point of initial consultation.

Q. How far would you be prepared to travel?

A. We can travel anywhere within the UK for our initial consultation, the rest of the service can be provided by email or phone unless the circumstances dictate otherwise.

Q. How do I receive my final images or video?

A. We present you with all of your imagery via email which will contain a WeTransfer Link which will allow you to download all of your content. This is a quick and convienient way to share large files at full quality.

Q. Does my project have to feature on your website?

A. Absolutely not! We maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times with our clients information. We only feature projects with the clients consent.
